Benz Brothers has more than one location, with one on Ibn Gvirol and the Florentine location noted in the address. Tel Aviv loves it burgers and Benz is a highly regarded burger shop. The Florentine location is packed late at night, with a pleasant staff accommodating a seemingly never ending queue of hungry diners.
The burgers are good and the fries are tasty, served on a metal tray with sufficient space to eat in an adjoining room or snag a seat at the tables outside that are cleared and cleaned efficiently. Toppings are interesting, including jam, and the atmosphere is fun.
