Cicchetti is truly an awesome restaurant in Tel Aviv. The food is superb, the drinks are excellent, and the crowd is attractive. This is a great date spot and you’ll see many locals out with significant others.
Plan to make a reservation and likely still wait a bit for your seats. The only real negative is the tables and seats are close together, but I found the bar comfortable and the staff pleasant.
Try one of the many small plates, which are elegantly designed and delicious.
