Located on King George Street, Dr. Saadia Falafel seems like it has been around for forever. A small storefront that is truly takeout, the falafel there seems to have a rich history. It is green falafel with an expertly arranged combination of salads and falafel balls, which are fresh and savory.

Dr. Saadia Falafel tel aviv

This is a place that knows what it’s good at and sticks to it fortunately. If you like spice, we encourage you letting the falafel maestro know (‘charif’ for those of you that don’t speak Hebrew). We found the spice to be very complementary though caveat emptor – eater beware that not everyone can tolerate schug or other spice so be careful.

The price is reasonable and it is a convenient way to grab a bite on the run.
