It’s rare to find a low key cocktail bar in the West Village that takes reservations so when we discovered Entwine we couldn’t pass up the chance to go. The cocktails are good, the ambiance is pleasant, the staff is competent and the prices are reasonable.
Walking in by the narrow bar area in front belies the bar’s capacity; past the barn door bathrooms there is a cozy den in back with a few tables and a couch front of a fireplace and an outdoor area that also seats a number of guests.
This is a great place to go on a date or to catch up with friends. While there is food, this is a great place to have drinks alone. As noted, you can make a reservation, which is unique for such a desirable location. Enjoy Entwine with a significant other or friends for a casual drink or two.
