Fine and Rare is a solid place for a dinner date with jazz, good food, and drinks. The jazz can be a bit loud and make it difficult to chat while they are playing so this is not a first date spot.
It is also, not cheap. The liquor selection is extensive and the prices are not low so save this for someone you know you like and also enjoys live music.
