A recent addition to Lincoln Center, the Independent Cafe in the Atrium of the Rubinstein center is a great place to meet a colleague, friend, or just to get some work done. It is a casual coffee shop with a variety of tasty salads and small bites. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting.
The cafe even boasts a living wall, which adds to its unique charm. This is a good place to pull out a laptop and get some work done. While there might be a line to get in to the Lincoln Center, the crowd is not boisterous usually and there is plenty of security.
