Osamil Upstairs

Nomad transformed in the teens, becoming an area full of great restaurants and bars as the neighborhood gentrified with startups moving in, buildings being refurbished and Flatiron and Chelsea overflow elevating what used to be a very desolate area.

Osamil is a welcome addition to the neighborhood; the first floor is the restaurant, but upstairs is a pseudo speakeasy behind the first floor door and up the staircase. What will surprise you is the plush and classy decor, including well appointed lighting. The bartenders are serious and can accommodate requests. Go on a date here, but make reservations.
