A new addition to the Carmel Market, Rubis is a Persian restaurant that is casual and delicious. It has average prices, but the food is superb.
The Spring chicken, kebab and entrecote are superb. Ask the owner to prepare a salad plate as well and have a combo.
The service can be a bit slow, probably because it opened recently. The staff is pleasant, but may not speak Hebrew or English fluently so if you want to order without any doubts, engage the owner directly.
The restaurant is located off the main stretch of the market so it is less hectic and you will enjoy a casual and excellent Persian meal.
