How have I eaten so much for so long in New York City and not been to Vic’s. Nestled in Noho, Vic’s is a surprisingly large restaurant that has delicious Italian food at reasonable prices with readily available reservations. It is a gem.
The food is great and includes classics like focaccia, fried onions, and tomato salad. The cacio e pepe and linguine bottarga were cooked to perfection, with the pasta cooked al dente and the sauces full of flavor. Vic’s is excellent and I recommend it for dates or dinner with friends.
