It’s always a challenge trying to find the perfect spot for a date, meeting, or business casual encounter. They’re usually either too loud, too pricy, or just plain boring. But there is one spot in Flatiron, New York that is worth checking out. I’m talking about Wine 30.
Wine 30 is a great spot for any occasion, be it a date, meeting, or just hanging out with friends. It has a casual, relaxed atmosphere with an open space in the back that is perfect for a first or second date. The kitchen is bar and restaurant style, with an extensive wine list, as well as some generic food options. Prices are rated somewhere between cheap and expensive, at a $$ rating.
I’ve been to Wine 30 a few times, and I can say that it’s a very good spot. It’s unpretentious and low key, and perfect for getting to know someone. And while the wine list might not be the best, it’s still nice to have options. It also has a really cute outdoor area in the back so if you make a reservation or are asked where to sit, definitely request the back garden.
